Summary
/>
/>
Drive field marketing business plans, metrics for growth, and collaborate cross-functionally. This role reports to Field Marketing Director and is accountable for growing and retaining the customer base, word of mouth marketing, brand awareness and loyalty, and supporting product sales. AMM will manage hybrid work environments and will thrive in a changing setting including working remote as well as in the field as dictated by needs of the market. Will oversee Los Angeles, San Diego and the Bay Area.

MARKET STRATEGY
/>
  • Constantly find new, innovative ideas to maximize the field marketing experience and pitch opportunities internally on a regular basis.
  • Work with Field Marketing Director to establish goals and metrics for local word-of-mouth marketing/event/retail/merchandising plan with aim of increasing store velocities and KPIs.
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop strategy and execution of the regional social media plan, local influencer partnerships, and media relationships.

RETAIL SALES

  • Operate as the link between the sales and marketing teams to ensure in-field programs support both departments.
  • Develop ongoing stand-alone retail programs that build brand awareness, trial, and revenue.
  • Support key retailers with in-store sampling sessions (when allowed safely), merchandising, and retail rewards programs. Ensure the best-in-class execution by team.

Required Education And Experience
/>
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in experiential marketing.
  • Minimum 2 years managing direct reports.
  • A university degree, business or commerce preferred.
  • Clean driving record with access to a private vehicle with private insurance
