Mods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a clients product or services. Project gigs available now and more are on the horizon.

Were looking for Tier 1 - Chat Support Mods for a new social media platform dedicated to helping individuals and families of individuals struggling with addiction.
Project Hours:
24/7
Hourly Rate:
To be discussed in the interview phase
Commitment:
15 hours per week
90 days, as needed
Orientation Data:
Start date - 1/31/22, live orientation, minimum of 2 hours

What We Are Looking For:
• Experience with Live Chat support (Zendesk preferred, but not required)
• Empathetic with warm, friendly, & helpful attitude
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• A flexible schedule with weekend availability
• An environment that allows you to focus on work without distraction
• A strong and highly reliable internet connection
WorkSpace Requirements:
• Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
• **PRO TIP***: Take your time and make sure you do a thorough job in completing your application. Your responses should be grammatically correct and comprehensive. This will greatly increase the probability of scoring an interview!
Please note: A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
