CRC is a 24/7 contact call center taking inbound calls for electric cooperatives and utilities across the United States. Customer Service Representatives handle calls for power outages, bill payments, and assist customers with questions on their utility accounts. Full-time and Part-time positions on 2nd shift are available. This position offers 3 weeks of onsite classroom training, which will be conducted at MiEnergy in Rushford, MN/a CRC member Coop.
