CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

To help us continue our extraordinary growth, we are currently looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in our NYC location.. We are offering a starting rate of $15.00 per hour.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Communication Skills are critical. Must be able to communicate and answer inquiries both internally with staff as well as well as with customers through multiple types of communication (email, phone, chat)
• Must have skills in problem solving and diffusing angry customers
• Must have weekend availability - can expect to work either a Saturday or Sunday as part of a regular schedule. We operate 365 days a year. You may be asked to work some major holidays.
