Job Description Summary Partner with marketing leadership to develop and evolve the company’s marketing content strategy Job Description Responsibilities • Posts a variety of content online across multiple digital platforms. • Reviews and maintains web pages, social, and blog(s), email newsletters, and promotional support for all marketing efforts. • Works with developers/staff to assess any technical challenges (troubleshooting) in displaying the content appropriately. • Helps develop and document procedures to manage Web content. • Contribute to B2B marketing efforts by monitoring industry best practices and providing innovative recommendations for the team. • Drives engagement and interaction. • Moderates content as it is contributed to the website by external sources. • Stays current with trending topics, local culture, news and new developments in technology. • Keeps up-to-date with best practices in posting for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Media or related degree or equivalent experience. • 2-3 years of experience in digital content management, writing for the web and internet research. • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading (AP style) skills, creativity, attention to detail, marketing knowledge and the ability to write for various formats. • Experience with HTML, CSS and working with content management systems (CMS). Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office proficiency a plus. • Balanced interpersonal skills, excels working in a collaborative and creative team environment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge of multiple CMS systems including; SDL/Tridion, Alfresco, Drupal, and WordPress. Working Conditions • Temporary work from home environment. • Less than 20% travel
