Robert Half is seeking Digital Marketing Manager candidates on behalf of a client with a new job opening. It essential for interested candidates to understand the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis, and campaign execution. The chosen candidate will need to make decisions, get the job done, and be good with people and details—all while keeping tight control over the bottom line as our new Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager leads digital improvement initiatives and partakes in digital transformation efforts. Do you possess a customer-first mindset and have experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices? Do you hope to make a notable impact? We want to hear from you, if you have experience in copywriting, art direction, and social media with the ability to expand a brands reach while increasing its loyalty and awareness. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Century City area of Los Angeles, California area and must be able to work partially onsite.

- Lay out take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives
- Help product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to better the customer journey & experience
- Exert more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
- Lay out clear communications to the customer that are related to their needs and life stage
- Steer weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI
- Verify that the CRM plan is executed without any delay and within budget
- Develop, initiate, create and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns as well as spearhead short-term advertising and marketing solutions
- Lead a top-notch team of digital specialists and oversee the digital strategy
