We’re pursuing a future where patients can seamlessly book appointments and connect with their healthcare providers online. We’ve grown quickly by building meaningful relationships with doctors and their staff - listening to their pain points and supporting them through change. As a sales team, we take ownership of driving revenue growth. We help ease doctors’ administrative burden by selling NexHealth’s solutions - enabling them to do what they do best: provide exceptional healthcare.
NexHealth is looking for a top sales manager who can take their team’s success as seriously as their own, and have a strong desire to make a long lasting impact on the people they work with.
This person will be charged with driving the development of a sales team and creating a consistent and replicable sales process while adding new members to their team each month and managing performance. Partnering with the rest of the sales leadership team, you will work towards a primary goal of setting the standard for sales excellence in the health teach space.
What Youll Do
• Own Mid Market / Enterprise Go to Market Strategy end to end
• Recruit and develop Enterprise Sales Team while developing internal mid-market Account Executives
• Leverage key customer Insight data to partner with Marketing, Customer success, and Product to ensure consistency is the customer experience, and predictability in execution
• Align the Sales and CS team on specific enterprise sales methodology
• Create consistent approach to developing territory plans and account plans that drive clarity and execution
• Maintain key operating mechanisms such as planning, forecasting, budgeting that allow for predictability in Mid Market / Enterprise Team
• Leverage key market intelligence to develop the appropriate go to market strategies at Target the most important customers to win and in what sequence
What Youll Bring
• 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in B2B SaaS
• 10+ years experience in an Mid Market / Enterprise segment
• Build MM/ENT Team from scratch or scaled up from 1-2 reps
• The implementation and continued use of a repeatable sales process - MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.
• Experience designing Territory and Account Plans and maintaining them over time
• Proficiency in hiring and leading enterprise sales people
• Participated in developing GTM strategy ( does not need to have owned it )
• Executed in a Verticalized SaaS Company during periods of high-growth
