Job Description
Grow and lead the sales team and take the product centric company to the next phase of growth.
• Lead sale strategy, people and process in hitting revenue targets and retaining and growing customer relationships
• Partner with executive teams and cross functional leads to refine and improve go to market motions to accelerate growth
• Build, coach and motivate team to ensure the best sales experience for our prospects, selling a best-class product that transforms how product teams work
• Roll-up sleeves and get involved in day-to-day deals alongside AEs and help build pipeline
• Own full cycle sales process on strategic accounts including providing demos, navigating internal stakeholders, negotiating contracts with our strategic accounts
• Continue to craft the sales playbook, building off of what we already have today.
Qualifications
• Proven history of exceeding business goals and growing customer relationships, within a fast-paced B2B SaaS company
• Deep knowledge and experience selling intro product-centric companies / tech users/ buyers
• A learning mindset to help iterate our sales motion and supporting processes
• Experience attracting top talent to build a world class selling experience for our prospects and customers
• Broad understanding of all go-to-market functions and how they work together to maximize growth
• Strong understanding of data: Build upon our existing metrics to benchmark our team’s success and use market data to guide decisions to create a sophisticated go-to-market engine
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
