This position is not available to be performed in Colorado.
Attorneys with a minimum of 4 years of labor and employment litigation experience (including both single plaintiff employment litigation and wage and hour class/collective action experience) are preferred. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence and at least one United States District Court. During employment, the incumbent must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
