Role Objectives:
-
Support the Digital Marketing Director, Brand Management, and Sales teams to execute effective multi-channel marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands and platforms that will drive awareness, consideration, and conversion.
This role will work closely with external agency partners to plan, steward, and recap the paid integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints such as digital video and display, OTT, social, programmatic, and audio. Assist in the planning and implementation of TV as needed.

• Cutting-edge knowledge on Google and other major digital platforms

Qualifications:
-
• A minimum of 3 years of strategy and campaign management experience in digital marketing, preferably in a media agency
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field of study
• Experience or knowledge of the toy industry would be highly regarded
• Experience marketing to kids and family industry a plus
• Experience building and reporting performance of media campaigns

Responsibilities:
-
• Work alongside Director to build cohesive paid media strategy for a portfolio of brands across TV and Digital including – but not limited to – video, display, search, and social,
• Work with internal teams to ensure that paid activity aligns with other key marketing moments including influencer videos, PR, and retail promotions
• Keep an eye on the category by conducting competitive analysis
• Help Director identify areas of opportunity with new media and measurement vendors. Assist in preparation of the share-out of those results across US and Global teams.
• Create, maintain, and share media activity calendars with key stakeholders for visibility of US activity across the organization
• Oversee pacing of budgets and quickly identify what could be actioned if need be
• Support the larger marketing team in various ways including scheduling meetings with outside vendors, assisting with the preparation of media briefs and presentations, aggregating brand assets (copy, creative, URLs) for implementation
• Optimize the scale and efficiency of campaigns by closely monitoring performance and working alongside partners to make in-flight changes
• Work with Sales leads to implement retailer-specific campaigns
• Analytics & Measurement Support:
• Develop & recommend media tests, design measurement frameworks, gather & analyze data, arrive at conclusive insights and optimizations, and share out to broader team
• Partner with Analytic and Operations teams to determine appropriate flighting schedule based on seasonality and inventory position

Work Hours:
-
8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday
8:30am – 3:00pm, Friday
30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop, kneel to access items
