This position is a contract to hire role.
• Qualified candidate will have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 3-5 years’ relevant Call Center Systems experience, current environment to support is a Genesys PureConnect HA Deployment.
• Understand the functions and integration of Adjuncts to Call Centers.
• Understanding of Call Flow Scripting, System administration and Agent Desktop applications to support call flow.
• Capabilities for leading projects to upgrade existing applications along with integration of new technologies to the call center.
• Ability to support a complex voice network with high level of visibility.
• Toll Free Service Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Communicate effectively with end users, office managers, leadership, teammates, and vendors.
