Product Support Specialist
Overview Of Position
Record and document interactions, problems, and resolutions. Triage requests and send to other staff where appropriate. Update user documentation and frequently asked questions. Work with customers to resolve tickets, following protocols.
What will I be responsible for in this job?
• Research - Evaluate system errors reported by Customers.
• Assist with escalations from the level 1 team.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Development on Customer efforts and issues.
• Collaborate with customers to maintain top issues list.
What are the requirements?
• Years of experience: 5 years
• Education: High School Diploma
• Physical requirements: N/A
What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?
• Thorough knowledge of telephone etiquette and procedures.
• Effective listening and communications skills.
• Ability to establish and maintaining an effective rapport with customers.
• Able to conduct effective meetings.
• Knowledge of PDX software and operating platforms.
• Experienced with troubleshooting customer software.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Self-directed and able to multi-task.
• Microsoft Windows

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
• Knowledge of third-party claims processes.
• Knowledge of drug inventory and ordering process.
• Knowledge of pharmacy interfaces to other systems.
How much should I expect to travel?
• Minimal to none
