Loan Mountain Capital is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Underwriting Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding an entering property details using our software to determine their value and assess their potential as collateral for our lending fund.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth data entry and analysis of property values, market trends, and other factors that may impact property values.
Use analytical tools and techniques to evaluate property data and develop accurate valuations.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Collaborate with other team members to assess loan applications and make recommendations on lending decisions.
Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments to ensure Loan Mountain Capital is well positioned in the industry.
Experience with real estate is strongly encouraged.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
