The role is obsessed with ensuring training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, delivering high-energy, skilled training session on sales and leadership topics. You will allow us to better prepare our people to actualize their talents, be that as leaders or as incredible independent contributors. This is a 100% remote role. What You Will Bring • 5+ years of experience in mortgage industry or financial services • Expert knowledge of how people learn/change behaviors and how to deliver large-scale programs and interventions • Proven track record in delivery and facilitation of learning programs in a variety of formats (virtual, multi-session, one on one coaching) • Experience using technology to curate and deliver high-impact learning • Thrives in ambiguity • Able to pivot and adapt to industry regulation changes quickly and confidently • Knowledge in using Learning Management Systems as an instructor Preferred Qualifications • Learning & development professional qualification • Experience and/or deep subject matter expertise in sales theory and practice WHAT YOU WILL DO • Own and deliver mortgage fundamentals and systems training for all Mortgage Consultant roles across Refinance and Purchasing groups • With collaboration, develop training content on mortgage products, process, policy, and systems • Prepare learning materials and evaluate results after each training session • Deliver dynamic webinar sales training and presentations • Design and deliver core leadership training programs including on-boarding and continuous training across all sales and manager roles • Design, build, and deliver transformational training courses to accelerate the ability of our field leaders to model and teach American Financing culture • Create and customize training curriculum and collateral to build employee skills and competencies • Own new manager onboarding, drive the development and delivery of training materials and measure the success of the programs • Develop tools and resources aimed at elevating the competency of sales leaders and to enable their leadership effectiveness • Connect with underperforming leaders and mortgage consultants to provide additional coaching and development • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and key stakeholders to agree on priorities and support wider organizational goals and strategies Compensation for this role is $75K - $85K + an annual bonus paid out monthly.
