THE TEAM
Sales Operations is the heartbeat of Zuoras tier one Field Sales team. With an innovative operational infrastructure and enablement cadence, we empower our front line sales team to systematically sell better, faster, and more efficiently as they partner internally and externally with our customers, prospects and ecosystem partners. So, its no surprise we strive for operational excellence in all that we do.
YOUR MISSION:
Influence and operationalize the GTM strategy. Drive the execution and constantly improve the productivity and efficiency of our sales team.
WHAT YOULL DO:
GTM strategy and Planning
• The GTM leadership team is confident about the strategy and our ability to execute. The SOPS team has operationalized the plan and defined clear milestones and KPIs
• The sales operations team is considered as a strategic partner driving growth and
• The annual and quarterly planning processes, including the development of business plans, operating models, resource allocation, market segmentation, and territory design supports the GTM strategy and optimizes performance
Sales Processes Standardization & Simplification
• Our sales processes are constantly being improved and more efficient. AEs and Ops team spend minimal time in the systems. Processes are more and more standard, documented and automated
• We translate and articulate business requirements in Sales product and tools enhancement driving scale and velocity
Predictability & Execution
• The sales cadence is well orchestrated and supports the sales execution and discipline. The sales leadership team knows the KPIs they need to achieve and are constantly able to assess where they are against those goals
• The GTM management is getting a weekly update and pulse of the business through a consistent reporting but also highlighting the areas of risk and opportunities
Leadership and Cross functional alignment
• The sales Operations manager is perfectly aligned with the rest of the sales ops team (Systems & Tools, Business Partner Analysts, Sales Analytics, Compensation) through effective communication and collaboration
• Because of his/her experience, the sales ops manager acts as a role model, share best practices and inspire the rest of team to get better
• We have achieved cross functional alignment and eliminated silos by working closely with other teams such as Finance, Corporate data & governance, IT, Product, Marketing, GS & Alliances, CS.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
• 7+ years experience in sales operations, business strategy and execution, business analyst, or financial analyst role.
• Deep knowledge of customer relationship management tools and platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid ability to drive towards action and impact.
• Execution driven: focus on what matter, data driven and get things done
• Player/Coach: influence a team of individuals while also carrying a personal workload of projects and deliverables
• Passionate for designing and constantly improving sales and marketing processes
• Motivation to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership
• Ability to work in a dynamic setting while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
