SuperOrdinary is looking for the next outstanding member of our growing Account Health team. We are seeking a tech-savvy, dependable and innovative person who enjoys learning new skills. We will provide the necessary training to set you up for success in this role. The ideal candidate will fit well with the company culture and want to grow with us. We face interesting and complicated challenges updating listings, making sure all products are compliant with policies, and assuring our customers receive products quickly and with quality control. We are looking for someone comfortable writing detailed and goal-oriented cases and getting on the phone to resolve issues by directly speaking with Amazon’s seller support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
•Possess a results-oriented approach to help us take our Amazon business to the next level
•This role will be a critical contributor to the Account Health team success
•Help develop the Amazon account strategy and drive the implementation
•Proactively collaborate with internal cross functional teams (Amazon Team, Brand Management,Creative Services, Operations-Logistics, and Digital Marketing) to ensure optimized business growth
•Continuously seek out new Amazon best practices and ways to incorporate them
•Execute ongoing everyday product updates and new product launches including content, product images, item data uploads and merchandising
•Facilitate product content and listing process, ensure successful launches, maintain effective categorization and carry out general optimization and strategic differentiation across brands
•Enhance product titles, descriptions, categorization, and keywords for optimal performance, improving page rank and sales
•Assist with answering customer questions, responding to messages, disputing negative feedback, and monitoring product reviews
•Explore and recommend appropriate expansion into international Amazon markets as well as other marketplaces
•Benchmark our Amazon business against our competition and identify improvement opportunities
Job Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree or4 years of relevant experience
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
•High-quality completion with excellent time-management and multi- tasking skills
•Ability to effectively manage diverse projects in a fast-paced and demanding environment
•Creative problem solver with strong analytical, organizational and technical skills
•Positive attitude, professional communication, and effortless collaboration
•Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation
•Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
PreferredQualifications, not required:
•Strong in-depth knowledge of Amazon Compliance, Account Health and Seller Central
•Extensive experience interacting with Amazon through cases and appeals
•Full understanding of Amazon operational excellence programs and drivers
•Experience managing a marketplace business with a track record of delivering measurable results
•Proven strength in data and technology
•Experience using a Project Management platform such as Asana, Wrike or Trello
