Position Summary:
The Data Entry Specialist maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Establishes entry priorities. Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies. Enters data into computer and keeps data organized so that it is easily accessible at any time. The Data Entry Specialist is also responsible for comparing data with source documents and verifying that information is accurate.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
• Enters customer and account data from source documents
• Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
• Manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries in database for accuracy.
• Check data for recording errors
• Maintains records of work completed.
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency using MS Excel
This is a full time, seasonal role that pays $16.00 per hour.
Candidates for all positions with TBI must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for any positions with TBI.
