Job Description
Community Minerals is looking for an experienced sales and telemarketing representative who is able to effectively qualify, build rapport, and acquire mineral rights and real properties from interested leads.
Our company is focused on acquiring mineral interests and properties across the United States. We have built out an offline and online marketing system that consistently generates leads and prospective customers who call our call center that gathers their information for follow up and an offer to acquire their property.
The position were looking to fill is an experienced sales representative and telemarketer who will reach out to interested customers via phone and email to gather necessary information for our technical team to estimate an offer. Once an offer is determined, the sales representative will negotiate with prospective customers in order to quickly and efficiently get customers under contract. Periodic follow ups throughout the sales cycle is required to maintain good relations and brand reputation.
All prospective applicants will receive detailed and thorough training prior calling prospective customers on their own. A strong sales and telemarketing background is an absolute must. Individuals who have experience or understand oil & gas mineral interests or real estate is a plus, but not a requirement. Familiarity with CRM software, such as Pipedrive, is also a plus.
• 1-3 years of previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred
• Able to accept constructive criticism and continually improve sales techniques
• Experience with CRM platforms is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a position where meeting sales goals was important indication of performance
