Next Point Real Estate open job position is being a Virtual Assistant/Real Estate Cold Caller Monday-Friday. The primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities. We would love to partner with you, using our system, to help you earn your monthly bonuses in addition to your guaranteed salary
Job Type:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates salary will increase
• Experience with Google Docs
• Experience with Readymode/ Xencall
• Experience with Hubstaff
• Securing prospective clients
• Writing, presenting, and negotiating offers
• Attending trainings
• Scripted communication with clients
• verifying that the information on the screen is correct
• Exemplary attendance and worth ethic
• Ambitious
• Strong communicator
• Fast learner
• Sales driven
• Able to give great customer service
• Great Attitude
• Willing to learn and master a proven system
• Genuine care for people
• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
• Telemarketing: 1 year (Required)
Candidates must have:
• A PC computer with Google Chrome and a camera
• High Speed Internet, with an ethernet cable and access to the router
• A headset with a microphone and mute button
Flexible hours
Monetary bonuses in addition to guaranteed salary
Paid weekly
