Your responsibilities will include managing their dynamic website and collaborating closely with the design team to integrate new features and address any bugs, all within the digital team framework.
Essential Skills:
• Proficiency in setting up and managing WordPress instances on WP Engine
• Strong understanding and utilization of Advanced Custom Fields and Gravity Forms
• Experience implementing custom JavaScript for specialized functionalities within WordPress
sites.
• Familiarity with caching mechanisms like Varnish and transitioning processes in-house
• Competence in configuring and maintaining server environments on Apache/nginx with PHP 8.2
• Ability to manage multiple environments (production, staging, development) using Git branches (main, staging, dev)
• Knowledge of Node.js for tasks such as Sass processing, minification, and code optimization
• Experience transitioning towards REST API integration, including migration from Gravity Forms webhooks to GraphQL/RestAPI functionality.
