Position Summary:
The Full-Stack Software Developer role at Beanfield will be responsible for end-to-end development of features on applications that support our functional business areas and customers. We build web and daemon applications to power the services we sell and our internal business processes. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of software applications and participate in every stage of application development.
What youll be doing:
• Collaborate across functions with business and engineering teams to gather requirements and design innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications that are scalable, reliable, and provide a great user experience.
• Write maintainable code and perform code reviews to keep our code quality high.
• Contributing to the overall architecture and design of our software ecosystem.
Who were looking for:
• 5+ years of proven experience as a full-stack developer.
• Proficient with writing applications in Python and integrating with various types of APIs, such as REST, SNMP, and other proprietary APIs.
• You have experience building web applications with VueJS or similar front-end web frameworks.
• You have experience working with relational databases such as Postgres.
• You stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices and desire to share knowledge with others.
• You are passionate about writing clean, maintainable code.
• This will be a hybrid position, based out of Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver.
